On-site testing/in-situ test
Tests are performed on plants and systems, which are too large or too heavy to be tested in the laboratory.
For these tests, the EMC team has mobile EMC measuring equipment, which can record or simulate all the relevant EMC phenomena of plants and systems at the installation location.
Mobile EMC measuring equipment includes:
- Noise test receiver according to CISPR
- Burst and surge generator
- Mains simulation up to 200 A per phase
Trained on-site team for support solving EMC problems.
Extract from the relevant standards:
- DIN EN 55011 radiated and conducted noise emission “on-site”
- DIN EN 61000-4-4 burst tests
- DIN EN 61000-4-2 ESD tests
- DIN EN 61000-4-6 generator for conducted HF
